Our Policy.

Welcome to Villa Yucca! We are delighted to host you and your loved ones at our family-friendly retreat. To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please carefully review and adhere to the following stay policies:

1. General House Rules

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests (including children)
  • Minimum Age to Book: 30 years
  • The booking guest must be present during the entire stay and is responsible for all guests and visitors.

2. No Pets Allowed

  • For allergy and hygiene reasons, pets and other animals are strictly not allowed on the property, indoors or outdoors. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund and a cleaning fee of €250.

3. No Parties or Events

  • Parties, large gatherings, and events are not permitted. Villa Yucca is located in a peaceful neighborhood, and we kindly ask guests to respect the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
  • Violation of this policy may result in eviction and loss of security deposit.

4. Family-Friendly Environment

  • Villa Yucca is perfect for families and responsible groups.
  • Children are welcome; however, please supervise them at all times, especially near stairs, the pool (if applicable), balconies, and outdoor areas.

5. Cleanliness & Damage

  • Please treat the home with care. Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive mess.
  • If something breaks, kindly inform us as soon as possible so we can fix it for you or future guests.

6. No Smoking or Vaping Indoors

  • Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house. You may smoke outside using the designated area and provided ashtrays. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

7. Security & Safety

  • Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
  • Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security systems, or fire extinguishers.
  • Unauthorized guests or overnight visitors are not permitted.

8. Utilities & Environmental Care

  • Help us protect the environment by turning off lights, air conditioning/heating, and appliances when not in use.
  • Please conserve water and avoid excessive use of utilities.

9. Trash Disposal

  • Dispose of trash in the designated bins. Instructions for sorting recyclables and general waste are provided on site.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
